Deposit, payment schedule and cancellation
For rentals shorter than one month:
DEPOSITS: In March, April and value season, a deposit of three nights is required to reserve; forJanuary, February and holiday season, a four-night deposit. REFUNDS: In March, April and value season, payment is refundable less $200 upon notification of cancellation at least 45 days in advance; January, February and holiday season requires 60 days' notice. BALANCE OF PAYMENT: Due 45 days prior to check-in for March, April and value season; 60 days for January, February and holiday season.
CANCELLATION: There is no refund of any monies for cancellation or changes within the 45-day/60-day period prior to check-in that results in a cancelled or shortened stay. We will do our best to re-book and will refund any monies less expenses that we recover from re-booking. Many guests purchase travel insurance (www.insuremytrip.com) to recover monies if an unexpected cancellation, delay or unforeseen event occurs, including tropical storms and hurricanes.
For stays one month or longer: Deposit, payment schedule and cancellation policies vary depending on length of stay.
Any reservation will be cancelled if payment is not received by date due with no refund of deposit. For last minute reservations, all payments must be received and cleared by the bank before arrival.
